If 1860 leave, we better capitalize and put red seats in. 1860 should go to the OlympicStadion...get so talent, keep that talent, start building a new stadium, and enter the BuLi again!!! I WANT A DERBY!!!
Bayern for life, I just want to see at least one game...thats all I ask

They will likely go back to the Grunwalder Stadion and this year they will have a derby (with Bayern II who play in the same stadium)

Munich city council has approved plans for 1860 to move into the Grünwalder Stadion... now it's up to Bayern to approve breaking the lease

If we can prematurely release Pepe Reina out of his contract, surely we can do the same to 1860...

That's what I thought from the wording of the official statement too at the time of the transfer, but even though I am not a lawyer I think that releasing him from his contract is required prior to signing a contract with Napoli, because a player can't have two contracts with two different clubs unless he is loaned. Therefore, Napoli paid Bayern some 4m or so in order for Bayern to release Reina from his contract.

Usually if a party demands an early release from a contract, that party has also to pay an early termination fee - I am assuming that 1860 are trying to wriggle themselves out from paying that and hence the negotiations !

Bayern should negotiate with them. Instead of money they should demand red seats at the Grünwalder. After all, FC Bayern II will still play there, no?

No to the red seats, yes to the FBC II matchday house.

i'm not opposed to the red seats, but i do find it ironic that they can afford that but are unwilling to pay for top players...

how many seats are there, 75,000? I guess it's less due to standing areas, so let's say like 65,000. Let's say seats are 100 euros a piece... 6.5 million Euros on the low side to replace them all... worth it?
