How this "forcing" Audi out ?

"Forcing" ?

Is there a case Audi can not do anything to keep his shares ?

Selling shares to a direct shareholder/sponsor/partner competitor not only would be unethical and banned among a few other impracticalities, it is totally unnecessary. Bayern can sell shares to a 100 companies in Germany before thinking about upsetting one of its most trusted partners.

I also believe you need to go through the current shareholders as first option before even thinking about issuing or selling stake.

The rumour is, as I understand, from a sponsorship deal after Audi's contract expires in 2030 (??).

Well it would definitely create an upset... And yes, the current board would habe to accept, but Audi has a minority share ;)

I wanted to correct my original post regarding this. Not only was Winterkorn indicted and issued an arrest warrant in the US regarding the Diesel scandal at VW; Bayern Munich's deputy Chairman Rupert Stadler, Audi's CEO (suspended) was arrested back in June in Munich.

He's still in jail and denied bail. He's been offered to be released if he so chooses to cooperate.

This would make two of the three people now either in jail or indicted from the VW Group Diesel scandal members of the Bayern Board. If you add that to the previously convicted member, the list of Board Members with criminal convictions is growing scarily high at the club's board.

FC Bayern are set to earn a record revenue from marketing rights this season which could ideally reach around €240m. A big part of the revenue is planned to be used in transfers next summer [Kicker]

And some of their current players (eg Sergio Ramos) were bought before 2010 so they don't add up this total.

This window alone they spent 148M

So, out of the top 20, in these 8 years, we are the second best bang for buck after Real Madrid.

Guys the thing we have to accept even though even I am not happy about it..we don't have that much money..nobody is insane, if we would have seen sponsored by some Al-Habibi then we would also have gone for neymar or hazard..nobody will go for douglas costa if neymar is within reach..
We as ordinary people know Hazard is better than costa and you think KHR or brazzo being footballers don't know?

If we are not happy about it then fine but please at least respect this fact..Uli explicitly said that we have to collect money to spend next summer.
We are not a capitalist club are we?
If we get some money then it will be used for the good of the club..
We have spent a lot of money on the youth setup and have not sold any players for a high value either..our ticket prices are lower than watford..where do you think money will come from?

We are managing well within our means right? we are heads and shoulders above the rest in bundesliga.look at dortmund..they are spending more than us nowadays still they will not win BL for the next few years..In UCL also , even though you will not accept, if we would have had unbiased referees we would have done something good..

I'm not saying we can't criticize but lets not ridicule or make fun of this fact at least. We have to accept it and support the club ..if someone else is richer to hell with them..we are happy with whatever money our club earns without selling its soul..

All we can do is wait next year and hope for the best..Let us not ridicule this fact at least..
