Then it shouldn't say "teams" but "clubs" instead... Also, I don't get it... Why are they still popular? It's probably because people like to laugh and think they're a bunch of comedians...

I thought that he was at 8M or 6M as you're saying... they can't be accurate.

Salary is a very hard topic to talk about because it's often thrown around without any background information.

There's basic salary, bonuses and net pay.

Probably €6m is the net pay, but in Germany when they talk salary they usually refer to the gross pay.

Nice to see that Alonso earns as much as Badstuber, Sanches & Kimmich put together.

It's just Alonso that grasps your sight? What about Thiago? Does anyone on this forum actually feel like he's done anything so far to deserve nearly 10m per season? I mean yeah, don't get me wrong, I enjoy watching him play and acknowledge his talent, but 9m per season?

Nope, I also stared at Rafinha's who is earning almost double that of Bernat and Kimmich combined.

I'm trying to close an eye to injuries, hence why I mentioned Badstuber. I'm looking at the future. You cannot say with certainty that Badstuber will be more injured than any other player this season. Same thing for Thiago. So I'm looking at what they can potentially offer given an injury-free season.

I know! It's crazy that Alonso earns so little.

Well his talent justifies the price but unfortunately he hasn't been available as much as we would like. Alonso is a different case considering his age.
