Kalle clearly didn't like what he saw in Manchester. Hopefully Bayern can up their game and have an academy as good or better than Schalke's.

Well, that has been clear for a while... What I didn't know is that it was really 60m... We have to do this though... How cool is it to have homegrowns? Not only that, but also that those players lead their country to a World Cup win?!

Business of sport inside Bayern Munich [source]

Piggy-backing off Ottackon's post. KHR talks about the TV rights situation.

Unrelated, it always amazes me that Germans speak English so well, and yet always screw up the letter v. 'Unavailable' becomes 'unawailable'. There is zero reason for that pronunciation  .

I know you're joking, but oftentimes in Germany I hear a 'v' sounding like a 'w', or a 'v' in english becoming a 'w' in German - ex. Wodka (Vodka)

Man U is by far the most wasteful with their resources. Interesting that Arsenal is right behind Bayern... I still think that some people really underestimated them before the last CL match.

I'd say Milan are the most wasteful. €162m for them. That's more than 1.5x what BVB are paying in wages.
