That wouldn't go well with fan clubs though. We are one of the few clubs worldwide who actually care about their fans (the Neuer negotiations is one step I cannot see other clubs doing with their fans). Even though a ticket increment would still see the Allianz fully packed, I don't see us taking such a move. Now that alleged shares deal might help out if I'm not mistaken. Or, we can just get a couple of trophies and see those extra cash inflows ;)

20,000 more seats wouldn't hurt anyone, except maybe aesthetics.

Worst thing we could do is raise ticket prices. It's what sets the Bundesliga apart from the rest of Europe's top leagues.

A large sponsorship deal with Russian gas giant Gazprom is close to completion.

#-o . Thanks Honigstein, as always, for the valuable info.

Well, in all fairness, they are one of the few sides in the Premier league that isn't millions in debt, and actually has a positive balance. Now there board is seemingly been putting money before Football, time will only tell if that continues.

The low 'football' expectations from a team seemingly content to lie around EL spots is daunting. Anyhow bad day to make that comment.
