Heq Malta ; almost always plays the better football vs the best teams and on the other hand fails when we are more likely to get a positive result.
I remember the shameful losses to Faroe Isl :oops:

Malta is a very strange team. Especially in the past WCQs we have played quite well and deserved some more positive results (even vs Italy), but they somehow always end up losing.

But we are going way off-topic now.

Bayern came to Malta in 2001 because Beckenbauer promised the Malta FA that if they voted for Germany to host the 2006 world cup, Bayern would play against Malta.

I believe the badge will be there as from next Fri vs Borr.Monchengladbach. (the 1st official match)
If I understood correctly every shirt ordered from now on will be adhorned with the badge.

Excellent news. I love that they're pushing for more seats in the stadium recently. We've already increased it by a few thousands.

I hope for at least an 80k stadium in the next couple years, a club like Bayern should have a larger seating capacity in my opinion...

Especially considering we'd probably fill a 90k+ stadium easily
