Hummels is our best defender. Kimmich is a very good right back.
Martinez has been rocking the midfield again. James Rodriguez is our fantastic creative player.
Up front, big names but nothing to write home about. Still the same old Robbery, Müller, Lewandowski.

Not trying to start a lengthy James discussion yet again but not exactly like he tore out trees yesterday...

The problem you top team yellers don’t get: the RM ones would not look much better... But they GOT THE JOB DONE... IN ONE LEG... AWAY... AGAIN!!!

Thing is, had the roles been reversed, i.e. we played an away match and won 2-1 against the run of play, you'd still have brought your doom and gloom and talked about how lucky we were etc.

It's far from over in one leg but I hope they think so too.
That's just the point. We seem to expect each round to be concluded in the first leg. Had we won we'd still have a lot of work to do next week and now that lost it's not over yet. Judging by yesterday 2-1 or 3-1 or even 2-0 is not that unrealistic.
Mind you, there's a very good chance we won't turn it around. Real were favourites before yesterday and they're even bigger favourites now. Doesn't mean the game was already over after 1 game, it would just mean they finished the job they started.
