I have mixed feelings about this season. Overall disappointed but there were some very good moments. We need to make sure they become more regular.

this is the biggest issue... older players who not as effective as they once were - whose fault is it that they are still playing? The coach, for putting them in the Starting XI? Or management, for not giving him younger players to work with?
(maybe a mix of the two...)
