I can see something like

Which can then turn into

I hope this season we do utilise a back 3 as I feel it would be best to accommodate all of our midfielders at once. Problem then becomes where do we place Lahm.

This is a very interesting video and even though i might not agree on some of the players that he chose to put in certain positions.I do think that Muller would have that free role, which will be very exciting to see in the upcoming season.

I know Pep is gone but this video shows how his tiki taka didnt work at bayern. All of the bayern goals never came from beautiful passes in the attack it was mostly crosses and throughballs from the midfield.

jesus christ its like all the possible footballing ignorance from goal.com and 442 and bleacherreport condensed into one extremely idiotic post.

Well i am sorry that i am an idiot, but a manager who in the sidelines keeps screaming pass pass pass for the team to continue passing and score a beautiful goal with quick passes never managed to do that in three years.I am also sorry for hating a manager who managed to lose 4 out of 6 semi final legs two of which were 3-0 and 4-0 oh yeah and we also got trashed by a shit dortmund team 3-0 and a medicore wolfsburg team with one main player,Kevin De Bruyne,4-1.Most of which were simple counter attacks with three or four quick passes.A manager who never changed his style of play even if the opponents style of play was best suited to defeat ours and did i forget that he put the best rb in midfield in which he then realised after a year it was a mistake and made him a rb again.Lets be serious winning the Bundesliga is no great achievment Bayern squad is better than the whole of the remainging Bundesliga teams combined.

If most of the goals during a season when Pep was the coach were not from "tiki-taka" (stupid term by the way), maybe there's the slightest of chance that the game plan was NEVER tiki-taka in the first place?

I don't know, just making a logical inference.

no surely the team simply didn't listen to him and played contrary to his instructions.

except for when we played poorly, then the team listened to his instructions.

durh.
