Boateng and Hummels are a good partnership for now but are both too slow together to challenge for the CL, need a centre back with more pace to partner either of them and obviously moving Alaba in to his natural CB role makes a lot of sense. Need a new left back with Bernat inevidably leaving to Sevilla or some other La Liga deadweight team, Ancelotti knows Marcelo well and we're a better team than Real with a better manager so should be quite easy to convince him to join. Robben or Sanches accelerating from midfield to link the attack with Vidal sitting deep, Costa and Ribery finally starting every game together, perfect team IMO.
Of course we will all be able to say RIP to the seemingly immortal Xabi Alonso...
