How would you define the fastest? For example, Aubameyang was clocked running faster than Usain Bolt over 30 metres, and would beat him at a 30 metre race, but if they were to race the 100m, Bolt would destroy Aubameyang since his top speed is much faster (Bolt ran at 44.64 km/h).
There's two sides, acceleration and pace. The player with the highest pace is Coman, as he was clocked running at the fastest speed, but I would wager on Costa's acceleration being a bit higher.

Yeah that's true. I think it also differs in term of the player being with or without the ball.

You have to attack in a more determined manner. There is a goal in the middle – when the midfielders pass the ball backwards, 70 metres away from that goal, I don’t like it. For me it's too much.
