No Muller is a sin, but otherwise I like it.

Sure feels like it, but who would you bench for him? To me the only candidate is Götze.

Götze definitely. He's much better off the bench in big games.

Facing long lay off for Robben, bayern must sucess in april games without him. Gotze, Schweinsteiger, Muller and Xabi need to improve and be consistent.

And the excuse for the lost of yesterday, because the absence of Rib & Rob, will not help in nothing for win the next games. Bayern need to make the corrections.

Watching Bernat as left midfielder, because Ribery absence, means that is very probable to watch now Lahm as right midfielder.

Super-Bayern! Super-Bayern! Hey! Hey!

I'm not a big fan of The Alonso-Schweini combo... I don't think it's a good idea to start the match with them both, unless in potential situations when we want to defend a lead and are planning to hit the opponent on the break

Alonso had a brilliant Hinrunde, alongside Lahm... But he has been less than impressive along Schweini after the winter break.... He frequently seems too slow, and his presence bring down the speed of our build-up, hence the penetrative quality of the team...
Especially against opponents who sit back and have a compact defensive structure, I see Xabi of little use to our advantage... Like I said, his presence might be of value to us, if we are planning to defend a lead... If we plan to sit back and hit the opponent on the break (by our standards, I mean)... Otherwise I think he better be benched and a more dynamic player (like Alaba) should be used alongside Schweini

Time for overhaul!

Bernat or Alaba as our main wide playmakers won't cut it in my opinion. Outside of Robbery Bayern are lacking in depth in those positions. Gotze and Muller are really wide playmakers in my opinion, which makes things hard to stretch teams properly and makes it easier for them to sit back.

I always defend my point that every team needs a real defensive midfielder (Javi or Xabi) for help in the defensive tasks and being the association between defenses and midfielders.

For dynamic players we should demand it for the forwards, wingers and deep lying midfielder.

A look at Bayern's partnerships this season. Robbery? More like Robben and everybody else. Which players connected the most and which combination has been the most productive so far? Read more here: FC Bayern Creativity Combination 2014/15

That's interesting. They basically planned to press everyone except for Dante, and when they did, he lost the ball.

Rather that they closed down all the passing avenues when beginning possession. Can't really agree with that static analysis - we constantly had midfielders dropping deep to pick up the ball and provide free men - the real issue was that Dante and Xabi Alonso didn't have the ability to step up and bring the ball higher themselves, which resulted in impotent or broken sequences of play.
The ideal team

--------Müller with gloves--------
-Müller--Müller--Müller--Müller--
-------Müller---------Müller-------
----Müller----Müller----Müller----
