No, he faked it so we could buy Benatia and he'd play in midfield. :P

No, he's out for this year. He is expected to play again in the second half of the season (2015).

All these formation include Benatia...I hope our board don't screw us...

Anyway, I never felt comfortable with a 3-4-3. I don't even dare to play it on Fifa Ultimate Team...

If Martínez is lucky he'll be available for the CL quarter finals or so.

Why would they screw us? Just because they maybe won't get him if they don't wanna pay 30 million+? It's the fans that are ''100% sure'' he will come, the ones who screw are the people who already scream this from the rooftops that he is coming and include him in those formation sheets while nothing is official yet.

I hope to see something like this once everyone is fit

Couldnt decide between Thiago or Rode since Rode looks to be a monster so far.

That's the problem with 3 man defense it takes away one position for the midfield. If we play 4231, we will be able to start Schweinstiger, Thiago, Ribery, Müller, Robben, and Lewa together.

I also want to see Badstuber in the center of the three, not sure about Benatia, but Badstuber is probably the best passer among our CBs.

The 3-4-3 and 4-2-3-1 are basically the same in terms of players except one CDM becomes a CB. That's why it would've been awesome to have Martinez in the back 3, as we'd be playing the same 11 but with different positions.

I think we will see both depending on whether we need to be more defensive or more offensive. The 3-4-3 with Schweinsteiger and Alaba/Rode in midfield would give us an unbelievably strong defence, but the lack of Thiago and Gotze might be too much. The 4-2-3-1 will expose us to the same defensive problems as last season, but we'd find it easy to score especially if Thiago/Alaba partner Schweinsteiger with Gotze or Ribery or Muller as CAM.

Like someone said before I think Badstuber is Bayern's best passing CB so I would rather see him in the middle of a three man defense and I don't know enough about Benatia to say otherwise.

I'm quite sure Badstuber will be the LCB.

It's not like Benatia and Boateng suck in passing, Badstuber in the left serves well with those inch perfect long balls, right to Robben's foot, it's like I see an image when I say it.

Boateng is two footed. I don't really understand where the myth that Boa sucks at LCB came from.
