Too many inexperienced youngsters playing at the same time, that's not balanced. One or two is acceptable, more than that it's a gamble. IMO
Not that important match, so why not give them a chance.

I am fine with giving them a chance. But what chance is it really if you insist that Hojbjerg and Rode must play on the right wing?

Btw, I like Gaudino, he is quite skilled on the ball. I can see why Pep likes a player like that.

Rode played centrally...Also its more of a chance than sitting on the bench for Höjbjerg.
Sané ---- Lewandowski ---- Gnabry
Davies - Thiago - Kimmich - Dest
Hernández -- Alaba -- Upamecano

Alaba was a midfielder too, so why don't you ask the same question about him? Hojbjerg was the one who was mostly playing in the right wing, he isn't a finished material just yet, maybe he can turn out to be as good as Alaba in the wing. Have you seen Lahm? Seems like he's no more comfortable at RB. And him retiring from the NT just fuels my doubts, unfortunately.

And by the way, Shaq is so frustrating to watch.

Haha he's good for a backup, actually the best we have for the wings. Needs to improve on finishing.

Well, then let´s just buy Iniesta and Xavi, and Busquets, ditch all of our players and then we will finally have a squad that fits the philosopher´s requirements.

LEROI wrote:Is Bernat Ribery´s long-term replacment??? He looks so good on the left wing, so dangerous, so quick and the way he dribbles and lets not forget his definding. I think the best summer signing is the number 18 (so far)

Are you drunk? Sorry, but he is by far the worst of the new ones. Lewandowski ofcourse and Rode aswell have shown great performances in the pre season so far. Bernat was really bad.. Slow, couldn't pass his man, weak crosses, didnt go fully on Pisczek before the cross with the 2-0.. If he should be Rib's or Alaba's long term replacement, god bless us. For now i really don't see him anywhere near that.

Agreed with previous post. Lewandowski and Rode have impressed, but Bernat has been low key. Hope he doesn't turn out to be the next Pranjic / Braafheid

Please.. Remove Dante from the squad for Boateng. It just hurts to see Dante in that spot...

What I would do is switch to 4-2-3-1, put Lahm back at RB, sign a CB, and let one of Rode or Hojbjerg play regularly. Then I am not too worried about Javi's injury, nor Thiago's.
