for god sake its a friendly, no Neuer/Lahm/Badstuber/Boeteng. Mandzukic has played in the euros cut him some slack 'kin ell...this is just about fitness, we are still without 9 internationals, and oh yeah.....ITS A FRIENDLY

This. And to be honest I think he could have blocked that shot.

Anyway not only should we not panic about this loss, I'll go as far as insisting that it's a good result. We've seen a couple of great goals from our youngsters (one from a FK which we were all dying to see) and some good attacking play. Our defenders had a few bright moments too, mainly Dante, Contento and Starke, but all of them were mostly bad throughout the game. Still, we can draw some positives from this game and that is all that matters right now. Drawing negatives is also important from such a meaningless game. We will have to make sure to improve on that next game.
