Euro 2016 ends July 10th, Copa America 2016 ends June 26th, so these games are scheduled over a month later for most players competing with their national teams.
For the last 10+ years each summer all top European Teams except Bayern toured the USA. Bayern focused heavily in Asia that if you look at it is a longer travel and has a smaller economic impact. I do not see the downside of it.

Actually just checked. We had played this season against Real Madrid as well, so we played against all three already.

When was that? Don't remember it at all. Wasn't it Inter, Valencia and Guangzhou?

There's no information yet on official channels and the match is not listed on http://www.fcbayern.de/de/spiele/spielplan/sonstiges/.
It's basically a 'rumour' by British media. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
