Robben was in blistering form: passing, shooting, heading...he did it all.
Ribery played well but seemed a bit off, his assist to Pizarro was sweet, but he there was a chance when he tried to round the keeper when he should have shot and scored scored.
Shaqiri lived up to his powercube nickname. Played as a # 10, was on both wings as well. He missed badly when Robben assisted him beautifully, but he made up for that when he wiped out Beijing's right-back to set up Gomez. I get the feeling he really will create competition in the team.

Robbem only played the first half, and he played very well. Shaqiri had his bright moments and gave a good assist, but also had a terrible miss in the first half. I don't remember much from Ribery (only played 1 half as well) but from the little I remember he was dribbling well but lacked the final touch.

They looked promising together though, and Shaqiri's chances were boosted more after Muller delivered a good performance as a winger.

Is it me or has Robben gained a few kilos? Maybe it is me not used to seeing him play without that technofit kit.

i honestly didnt like Mandzukic, in his last 2 games he didnt show anything special, pizzaro on the other hand showed that he is a great striker.
Gomez started to change his style, which is better he deserved to be the Captain last match

^ Agree on the Mandzukic-Pizarro point, but it's too early to tell. Next friendly should be a better test for our "other" Mario.

He seemed much stronger yesterday, even bullying his way through, rather than around, the defenders.
