Well, Klopp has been doing miracles for several seasons now over at Dortmund. Van Gaal also did miracles with a very poor Netherlands squad. He also seems to be doing miracles with a Manchester United widely regarded as insufficient. Simeone did miracles last season on a very very small budget. Just saying...
