If Green is able to consistently perform he could find himself a place on the senior team. I think another year in the reserves especially if they are promoted to the 3.Liga would do him a lot of good

The important thing is that we don't lose him. If we can't offer him occasional playing time by 2015 he should be loaned out, if he keeps playing like this.
