Well, first of all congratulations to the Amateure to finally win the so wanted promotion in the 3. Liga. =D> =D> =D> =D> =D>

Finally after so many years! It's been a long time since they played there with most of the profi teams that some of them once used to regular Bundesliga teams, but now FCB II players have a chance to level up their game, motivation, dedication and performance. This is what has Bayern wanted all these years and this is what even players want, so...
They will need to sweat damn hard to stay in the Dritte Liga, so I wish them a lot of luck and success in future. :)

Auf geht's kleine Bayern! Zum Sieg und Fortschritt!

Can Karatas sounds like a cool name. I wonder how it's pronounced.

So, not too long ago, if my memory serves me right, Tobi Schweinsteiger was working as "co-manager" for the U17s and assistant coach for Bayern II. And then Tim Walter (FCB II manager) left and we promoted Seitz (U19 coach) to fill that spot...and then ended up making Klose the U17 coach and asking Schweinsteiger to be his assistant, effectively a 'downgrade', especially when you consider Klose was at the time less experienced and accomplished (coaching) than Schweinsteiger was. And of course Seb Hoeness takes over the U19 spot.

So we pass him over for the U17, U19, and U23 jobs and it ultimately leads to him leaving the club. And the U17 job is given to the less-qualified Klose and the U19 job to the FAR less-qualified Hoeness. Now, Seb Hoeness takes over FCB II and Seitz moves into a 'management' role at the FCB Campus and we want Klose to take over the U19 job. But of course...Klose wants to keep working with the U17s.

Basically, unless I'm missing something, it seems like we pretty well pushed out Tobi Schweinsteiger (who, if you didn't know, is one of only two coaches to get a perfect score on the UEFA A-License exam: the other is Tuchel) in order to promote Klose into a better position...and now Klose doesn't want it and Schweinsteiger is off coaching in the second league in Austria. Meanwhile we've decided to hand over the FCBII job to Hoeness who's just coming off a season with the U19s that could be described as mediocre at best.

Anyways, glad to see all the millions we're investing in the youth program is all going just great!

Interesting tid-bit. However, to note is that the UEFA A-License is not the highest level exam. There's the UEFA Pro License after that. Still, great feat!
