Lahm does a lot of those tackles in the upper one like that. And its completely different, its from the side, not on the man. Where Morata could have taken an injury for granted, if Manolas had stepped one pass forward..

This. It's hard to describe, but that tackle just looks so nasty and unnatural. It shows the best on the first gif runaway posted.
It's especially gross, because he could have achieved the same result by sliding in a meter ahead of Manolas, which would have been completely safe.

If you look closely enough on the gif you also see him slapping Manolas while standing up.

I thought that was a weird tackle, but what's wrong with it? He's practically sliding next to Vidal there. Hardly as dangerous as Morata's.
Chiellini's tackle on Gervinho in Juve's box was a lot more similar (actually it was even more similar to Welbeck's tackle on Cesc from earlier today).

He didn't get Manolas, Manolas was douche for what on the chance he was clattered? He wasn't even running. He was weighing were to pass when Morata challenged him. Not the best challenge but that was an excessive reaction for me.

Nainggolan's tackle was perfect. Not only is Vidal running but he was slightly from behind.

Serie A has become a ridiculous league. I just expect Roma to win the title this season because of Totti who really deserves one more championship before his retirement.

Roma are looking good for Italian standards and I want to see them overthrowing Juventus next spring.

Ah these days its rare if someone retires and STAYS retired.. They all come back, i guess for the attention... Anyway, UEFA suspended the Italian football boss for 6 months for racist remarks..

Well... He seems to actually care about Juve... Good for him and for Juve... In today's game it's not usual to see a player give up potentially higher salaries and bigger trophy chances.

He cares for Juve as long as Madrid does not want to buy him.

Buffon's 500th game for Juve. Lost 1-0 against Genoa.

Higuain finally scored for Napoli to secure a draw.
