Wow! Giussepi De Rossi will have his 4th surgery on the same right knee that he has worked so hard to recover from. You cant help feel bad when a quality player is faced with as many injuries as him. At the moment his career is looking finished but I pray he is able to come back to full form once again. :(

Why double it? Badstuber was out almost 20 months completely, 4 surgery's aswell.. De Rossi was back in between.

I consider it worse because Badstuber's were more back to back while Rossi had more of a "stop and go" with his surgeries.

Atleast he could play, Badstuber could not for 20 months.. that's worse imo... Especially for the player himself. Badstuber was twice close to a comeback..

Really? I think its worse when you start playing again and you get another injury. Its like every time you are given a glimpse of hope it is taken away for you. Its harder to gain confidence and consistency when you think you are one game or training session away from the injury table, even after going through months of rehab but i guess there is no right answer.

And De Rossi moved from club to club. Badstuber had the faith of the club and goat's blood supply.

Its Guiseppe De Rossi isnt it? But your right you wouldn't say just "De Rossi" since they're like a million others in the world but since we are talking about "Giuseppe De Rossi" its pretty clear, so both of you are correct in a way. Its not like we have to be specific when we talk about Thomas Muller, with Muller being just as common in Germany as De Rossi is in Italy if my geography hasnt failed me. :P
