The Italian Football Federation confirmed to AFP on Wednesday media reports that it has opened an investigation into a series of suspicious transfers.

https://sportsdesk.com.mt/2021/10/27/it ... transfers/

Italian media claim that the vast majority of transfers contained in COVISOC’s report involve Juventus.

However possibly the biggest transfer included in the report according to Gazzetta Dello Sport is Victor Osimhen’s move to Napoli last year.

Which will lead to nothing.
As there aren't rules to forbid it
Also if another team agree to pay for X player who decide what goes and what doesn't?

Uhh... FFP circumvention? Tax evasion/avoidance?

Again there are no rules in player tradings.
Tax evasion is not a thing in fact you pay more taxes

I mean it's a grey zone.

Napoli paid Osimeh 70m
Why?
Because Lille bought the 3 players from Napoli for 20-30m total

so what's forbidden or against the rules in that?
If Lille decided it's ok and Napoli also agreed on paying inflated Osimhen price who can say anything about it?

It's a fucking grey zone. Until someone says it's forbidden it can be done.

Like those teams with fake sponsorships (City,PSG and the likes) then UEFA made rules saying a homemade sponsorship can't be more than 30% of total revenue...
But before that it wasn't forbidden to pump as much money as they like.

Imo this player trading to avoid FFP infringement is a double edged sword.
Cause it's true you stay in UEFA rules for FFP but by doing so you revenue is ridden with so many yearly extra costs that will reduce the money you can spend.

So I agree we'd need rules to prevent wild player trading but this can't be used to punish teams who already did it.

If everything would be so okay, there would be no investigation. They did this to clean up their ultra bad balance.

Impressed with Hellas' keeper (class 95)

Don't be so quick on Chiesa... neither on Juve as a whole...

P.S Vlahovic scored a hattrick today (he is being mentioned as a new Juve player all the time)

ATM Juve have 0 goal average and the worst def record since 1961.

Did you Napoli this weekend? It was a hell of a game.
