Wow
Today could be massive and the turning point of the season. If Milan manage to beat Lazio tomorrow, and with the Napoli decision reversed, Milan and Inter can potentially increase their lead over Juve by 6 points. Juve will have a game in hand but they can’t really gain points in that, only lose ones they’ve so far had.

Fiorentina is their boogy team.
The viola hate them with all their heart...
The hate began when Juve took Roberto Baggio from them

Ribery was the man of the match. But it's not surprising since in Italy you're starting to enter your prime at 35.

Hey amici italiano here, what do you think about Ribéry's Italian?

He sounds to me better in Italian than German.

Italian is easy to master especially if you speak a Romance language such as French Spanish or Portuguese,
Italian is the easiest of all

Easiest really depends on what languages you know though. A native English speaker could well find French easier.

French? Really? I think French is the most difficult of the "Western" languages - German aside, of course

It’s objectively harder than Italian and Spanish but immensely more recognisable for English speakers. The grammar of Italian and French is very similar, so that vocabulary advantage can go a long way.

As a native speaker of Maltese (heavy Italian influence) and English (heavy French intluence) I have always found French easier. I studied French for 7 years and Italian for 5 but that was true within the first few weeks. In fact I resisted using Italian for work for a long time and it is only now that I am working with it regularly on simpler tasks that I’ve become confident in it. I imagine this might be more pronounced to someone who speaks solely English, though of course it will vary from person to person.

French is the hardest. I guess what's Polish in Slavic languages, that's French in Romance languages.

The only thing I find it a bit superfluous from the beginning are Italian articles. I'm used to just 2/2 in Spanish and Portuguese (2/2) and 3 in German + cases(we have them not 4 but 7 in Croatian).

Italian has 4 singular, 4 plural. Why not il/la acqua or il uomo like el agua, a água, el hombre, o homem... :)

At least those nel, nello, nella, del, dello, della are definitely the same as Portuguese (dele, dela, deles, nele, nela, naquilo, daquilo).

Canto un giorno come un uccello, si nient'altro.
