The penalty that Milan were awarded in 90' is scandalous and it is a carbon copy of Lucio's tackle on Kaka (the match in which van Buyten scored 2 goals in San Siro) which was on the ball but was given as a penalty.

Meanwhile goal.com came out with a surprisingly interesting article as to why Balotelli never misses his penalties. Remember how he shut Weidenfähler up? Oh that had me laughing. :lol:

Anyway, he's a lot like Müller - mentally strong (I know, right!?) and forces the pressure on the keeper when it is usually on the spot kick taker. Make him jump first - if he doesn't, even a soft penalty far enough will do the trick.

Can someone explain to me why German teams find it very difficult to beat Italian teams? Is it a issue of tactics or is it just some superstitious bull shit that just seems to occur way to often?
