aterford wrote:So, have any of you heard the buzz about the Milan money? Apparently it's not all coming from the rich new Chinese investor but rather a "vulture fund" called Elliot Management. Apparently a lot of Milan fans are finding this out and are pretty nervous about it. It sounds like they've borrowed a crazy amount and will basically need to be making Manchester United-level money in the next 3,4,5 years or else Elliot will be able to seize all of Milan's assets, essentially

we knew since the start that Yong Hong Li (or however is called) didn't have the money (he lost the investors) so he had to ask for a big loan to buy Milan else he would've lost the 200m he already paid to Berlusconi.

Basically they justify all this saying that China banned international investements unless approved by the gov but as soon as the ban is lifted money will flow in to cover everything.

Juventus Football Club confirms that, in agreement with Sampdoria, it has decided not to finalise the transfer of Patrik Schick.

Reasons? unknown both team just wrote that the deal is mutually cancelled

He was in Torino and underwent a medical according to some reports... failed to pass the medical or Juve are targeting someone else.

that's possible but pretty shameful for Juventus if true.
I mean the player,Juventus and Samp signed all the stuff.
Juventus had to deliver the paper stuff to the League and that's it

Valerio are you aware about that guy who bought a juve shirt with bonucci 's name and the club does not want to replace it for him?

why should they?
Should they refund any shirt of any bought/sold player?
Should they replace the shirt if players switched numbers?

Dunno any other team that refund shirts cause they sold a player?

Not exactly the same but I thought this was a nice gesture.
Also, I'm almost certain Bayern offered fans a refund or exchange for those who had bought Schweini's jersey the summer he left. Couldn't find an article though

How? Say I go to a sports shop and buy the shirt... Who is going to refund or exchange it?

I'm starting to wonder if I made it up, cause I can't find any news of it at all. Either way this is why I think it's best to wait until the season is underway to buy a jersey

and in case you buy via the e-shop? should the team pay for the fee to take back the shirt and to send it again?

It's nice but financially speaking.... not so much
