Why would Milan offer Bacca to someone? He's one of their best players.

Because they're a mess... they probably need that money for something or they're selling him before his price goes down.

I really thought Bayern were a source of inspiration for Juventus in terms of club-management and smart recruitement , but paying 94M for Higuain ? Seriously ? I didn't see that coming ...
Do you think we can spend that big on a single player knowing that Bayern are richer ?

If Higuain maintains his form from this season, they'll be able to sell him for "double" to the English or PSG. They spend crazy time to time... Buffon 50M IIRC.

On further thought, Higuaín may be the ideal buy for them, it's just the price that is wrong. There are no better strikers available (Lewy, Suarez, Benz, Aubameyang?) And they don't really need to strengthen any position (provided they keep Pogba). Let's not forget Robben was considered a big game flopper until recently. Maybe they should have gone for Auba for 70m or so... But overall it's a great buy for them.

Of course Bayern can spend that much on a player if they want to but they have never valued a player that highly to pay the price. Bayern would have to be pretty desperate for a striker to spend that kind of money on a 29 year old....

Who knows what are Juve planning... I wouldn't be surprised if they cashed in Higuain just after a year... and they probably weakened their main rivals so not a bad move at all... they made sure to weaken their main rivals before selling Pogba.

Using some #BVB fans logic lol

that would surprise me....

but if Buffon retires after the World Cup like he said he will, and guys like Chiellini and Barzagli are old players and Juve want to get younger and rebuild their squad, I wouldnt be surprised if Higuain was at Juve for 2 years and then Juve sold him to make sure they got money back on their investment

Juve's recently had great defense and midfield, but have really lacked top quality in attack.... even when they made the CL final, Tevez was their best striker.... he's a really good player, but a notch or 2 below the quality of attacking players seen at clubs like Barca, Bayern, or Madrid

but now, Higuain, Dybala, and Mandzukic as a top 3 group that is quality enough for any club.... and their defense and goalkeeping is still good as ever

the only question now is their midfield if Pogba leaves.... but if Pogba were to stay, I'd say theyre easily in the top 5 clubs in the world and have as of a chance as anyone to win the CL
