seriously, outside of Juve, Serie A is a disgrace in Europe.... and even Juve has had some really really bad losses over the past 5 years or so

The demise of the Milan clubs have practically killed the league and its competitiveness. I'd be lying if I said I don't like it :mrgreen:

Buffon set the record for longest consecutive minutes without conceding in the Serie A four days after conceding 4 goals against a foreign team. :mrgreen:

Torino scored again but incorrectly ruled offside. Hope they say they didn't deserve to win now. :)

what a Legend....

Buffon was one of my heroes growing up as a keeper (Kahn being the other)..... so I always have a soft spot for Juve/Italy

and I wont mock Buffon for giving up 6 goals to Bayern.... because Neuer gave up 4, which coulda been 5 if not for an iffy offside call, and he had a couple of major blunders in those games..... so it happens

to me, Buffon ======= the greatest of all time and still arguably the greatest playing today

it doesnt pain me one bit to see it either....

on a side note, hate him or love him, what Higuain is doing this year with Napoli is remarkable..... he's 6 goals away from breaking the 66 year record for most goals in a Serie A season (35)

Oh I agree. I meant it more as a sort of praise for Bayern rather than mocking Buffon. Like I said on chat during the Juve game, I love Buffon and to me he is the only remaining respectable Italian NT player. He's one of the best of all time and at present I consider him second only to Neuer, even at his age.

The all-time record is 36 in 1928-29. [source]

was watching an ita sport prog.
Buffon was the subject;
For him March had two faces...
First he broke the record of clean sheets but in the second half he conceded 8 goals in two weeks in the same ground :twisted:
