Well, it's not often I'm entertained by a Mourinho team, but tonight they played brilliantly. He got his tactics spot on and nullified City completely. Great game of football and they should've won by more.

And Hazard, my word what a superb player he is! World class performance tonight.

three english players playing with the top english teams, how low! [source]

as for the game what made Chelsea win is their concrete play. I thought that Man C were gonna win but Chelsea played more intelligently.

Yes, they did play very, very well. They could have won easily with 3 goal difference.

50% of Chelsea attack is Eden Hazard. The opponent's coaches just need to focus on him and stop him, then Chelsea is not that much dangerous from counter-attack.

Serbs: Kolarov, Nastasić, Ivanović, Matić

Montenegrin: Jovetić

BiH: Džeko

Only Croats missed. :D Pellegrini should bring Kovačić from Inter who's destroying a great talent.

Spaniards: Silva, Navas, Negredo, Azpilicueta

Latin America: Zabaleta, Demichelis, Luiz, Ramires, Wilian, Oscar

Also missed Torres, Garcia, Fernandinho, Agüero.

Foreigners: City - 75.0%, Chelsea - 82.6%

And they say today's football is very competitive... :^o =;

We have been top of EPL almost all year and still get no respect, even Liverpool are considered title challengers and somehow we never get mentioned. #-o

' Arsenal on par with Bayern, says Muller
"The Gunners play a very beautiful football, they are the most difficult opponent we could have got," Muller told Kicker.

"We are on eye-level with this top team from the Premier League.

"We have had more success on national and international level than Arsenal in recent years, that's why we are slight favourites.

"We are the holders and we have improved. Of course, we are the team to beat when it comes to the [Champions League] title."

I'm not sure if you're referring to Muller's interview by getting no respect...

Personally, I think Arsenal is the dark horse. Majority thinks they're not strong contenders just because City and Chelsea on both paper and results look stronger. Add to that the trophy drought, in the mind of many fans, Arsenal would falter in crunch time especially with the news of your February schedule. Also, Arsenal doesn't have the so-called 'explosive' players like Suarez, Sturridge, Hazard, and Aguero to attract and wow fans. To many, your squad still lacking and a couple of injury would significantly weaken your team. That being said, you have continually grinded out results. So don't be too worried about the media attention. Like Bayern, before and still is, we don't get media coverage as much and one good Barca and Madrid game and everyone is raving about them winning UCL. Embrace being underestimated, it's way sweeter. Like most of us here in the forum, we couldn't have faced a tougher fixture and may the best team win. :D (Hopefully us. [-o< :P )

No I was talking about the English media, they hate us for some damn reason. I agree with you its nice to be out of the spotlights, let others fight it out.

Our February schedule is really tough but it will keep us on our toes, if we can beat Liverpool and United we could be unstoppable.

Not surprising with their performances in PL and uncertainty about Laudrup's future.
I'd say a weighted decision.

PS : I don't if I should wish for him to come to Schalke, Keller is pretty safe.

Laudrup's philosophy and style fits perfectly for a BuLi team.
I'd love to see him coaching for a Bundesliga team,Schalke could be a good match for both parts.

Gotta hand it to the guy, he is funny as hell when happy. Here, Mourinho confesses Billy the-massage-guy did the pre-match talk before City.

Re Swansea. I really admired this team in the previous two seasons however this year they suffered a lot of injuries. Michu is being missed dearly. Hope they'll improve their form both in the EPL & the EUR L.
