1. Manchester City 2017/2018 - 100 points, +79 goal differential
2. Manchester City 2018/2019 (through 37 games) - 95 points, +69 GD
3. Chelsea 2004/2005 - 95 points, +57 GD
4. Liverpool 2018/2019 (through 37 games) - 94 points, +65 GD
5. Chelsea 2016/2017 - 93 points, +52 GD
6. Manchester United 1999/2000 - 91 points, +52 GD

8. Arsenal's "Invincibles" - 2003/2004 - 90 points, +47 GD

Bye-bye Loserfull!!! 
Now they can fill the pool called the Liver with all sort of beer and moan next couple of years because this is/was the season to win the Premier League and today Kompany destroyed their dreams.
Just to remind you all here where everything went wrong:
30th January 2019 - Loserfull - Leicester City 1:1

They lost the title in February.
99.9% are their chances to win the title on the matchday 38 in the forthcoming weekend.

97 points by Liverpool, third best score in the history of Premierleague and they end up without a title. They're cursed. 
City though... You might criticize Guardiola for his results in Champions League but the way he dominates domestic leagues is wonderful. 100 points last season, 98 points this season, just wow.
