The game was a bit boring then suddenly Liverpool scores their 2nd goal ... Then Hell broke loose and Arsenal scored 3 goals in around 5 minutes to turn around the game!!!

Arsenal 3:2 Liverpool

Liverpool's defense is a JOKE, a really bad JOKE

Game of two halves... Liverpool should've wrap it up quicker but so many chances missed.

These guys are Naby Keita's future teammates. I hope he enjoys playing with such teammates.

Yes guys I've been to the game :p. Went with low expectations which I was right to have. We're in a relegation dogfight, no doubt about that.

As for the "Derby" thing, it certainly is for us as Leeds are the closest club at a similar level, but probably not for them. They have other big rivals that are closer like Huddersfield, Barnsley and the two Sheffields

I've seen your question on the other thread @FCBM. I actually live in Leeds now, have done for three years and I really like it. The city centre is great for shopping and eating. Ok some of the shops and restaurants are a little above my price range and I tend to stick to the standard shops you'll find throughout the country, of which there are many. There are also many beautiful traditional pubs (and even a "German Bierkeller" which sells Paulaner).

As Ramsej says there are many historical sites in and around the city. The Leeds Museum, Art Gallery, Royal Armouries Museum (where you can watch medieval horseback fighting contests in the summer) and the Armley Mills Industrial Museum are all worth a visit. On the edge of the city can be found two country houses: Harewood House and Temple Newsam House. If you've seen the TV show "Downton Abbey", they're like that.

Nearby is York and a number of other pretty towns, such as Harrogate, Ilkley, Skipton and Otley which are all reachable by train in under half an hour.

So yes, you should definitely visit and stay in the area for at least four days!

Thanks! Yeah the plan is 3.5 days if I remember correctly (not taking into consideration possible trips to other places as I hadn't really looked into that). What I'm not liking much is that the flight back home would be at 7am... not really what you'd want for a relaxing short getaway.

I'm tempted though. Although England is the country I've visited most times (along with Germany) I've always been to the south... London (multiple times), Canterbury, Dover, and some other small places around that part.

You have to visit the North! I know I'm biased but it's way better up here :P
