Thinking that Guardiola's system at Bayern was all about sterile possession is absurd.

This is interesting. An English derby that has actually lived up to the hype.

but wasn't direct either...
maybe we saw some of that football only when our players took the matter in hand...

No not really, there were some particularly in Pep's last season but we could definitely have used more of those.

I never really understood the obsession with Bravo. PL broadcasters already trolled Pep by showing his pass success percentage in Barca last season lol

Kolarov seems to be hugging the sidelines, something which we barely ever saw from our sidebacks while Pep was here.

No matter how much better City has been playing, their back passing is still a disaster waiting to happen. Their attacking game IS great to watch though.

I still cannot understand how someone who has even little knowledge of football can possibly start Fellaini and not even bench Schweinsteiger. Seriously? It's like sending Pele to the stands to play Emile Fooking Heskey.

Anyway, before the match in Manchester I thought I would be rooting for United but I can't bring myself to do that. Go City all the way!!!!

Fellaini is an absolute disgrace, not able to play a single header without having hands and elbows all around the other player.

MU deserves nothing in this game, City is the team playing actual football.

De Bruyne is the blueprint of how #10s should evolve in modern football. Not just playmaking, perfect trequartista.

Had I been the utd manager I would have done exactly like Mou.
However to Fellaini and not to Fussballgott

I agree. He also seems to be really consistent. Best player on the pitch today.
