They're really close to win the thing... it would be an amazing story. Unbelievable story, they deserve it. L'pool and some others should take notes...

Bayern Munich star pair say Premier League clubs lack the structure to compete with Europe's elite [source]

“Bigger teams, better teams, can win 3-0 or 4-0. We have to fight to win 1-0. But for this reason we are focused on doing things our way. Look, we are very close to achieving Champions League [qualification]. That’s it. Another two or three weeks we’ll be in the Champions League for sure. But whether the gap to second is six, five, one or seven points is not important. What is important is how we react, how we play. That’s what I want from them. When they give me everything, their heart and soul, I’m happy.”

They don't talk about being Champions yet... cautious... a month ago he said that he wants to retire at Leicester.

This strategy, along with whatever voodoo stuff they have prior to their games, have worked amazingly for them so far.

And I predict that he will not...
Third will be the best he can hope for...
After the first season maybe yes...

I think a lot will depend on how drastically he can reshape the squad.

Is there a team that has gone into as much roster changes as City in the last . . . 5 years? I mean other than Chelsea. I'm not making a point, I would honestly like to know.

Pep will have no excuse... if Ranieri managed to turn a relegation zone team into a champion in only one year... he should be aiming for the CL(if they qualify for next year), the PL should be his because he's "the best manager" ever... if that doesn't happen, I'll have a nice laugh at Pep and Shitty.

I had a think, and we might actually fall under a similar bracket.

City XI between 2010 and 2011

Us

6 players remain in City today, 5 for us. Could be different in terms of overall squad but I couldn't bother to check. Hell, we've had more managers!
