It is undeniably a good season for Liverpool, and City ARE better than them. It's a shame they didn't win it because things went their way. They got lucky at times, others dropped unnecessary points, they had a 5 point lead but in the end they blew it. It makes you feel for them even if City were deserved winners.

I really hope(wishful thinking) that they will be severely punished by uefa...

Ashley Cole has just announced he is retiring from International football, which means that Baines and Shaw are going to the WC as the left-backs. What a tremendous season Shaw has had and now he is going to cap it off by going to Brazil. Hope he gets to play some minutes, the kid is a tremendous talent!

He has been a great player for the NT but it's good to see the team move on. Who'd have thought it would be Hodgson doing it?

Yep, I think not even most Liverpool fans would've thought that they will get a CL spot, more or less *almost* clinching the title.

I think it's a pretty good season for them, but you have to just feel for Stevie G.

Back in February, I said Citeh would clinched the title, should have put some money

And Arsenal is 4th again... maybe some things never change *shrugs* (hope they win the FA Cup at least, les professor needs a break).
