Ryan Giggs is said to have ruled himself out of succeeding David Moyes as he wants to spend more time with his brother's family.

Not yet sure whether it's true but apparently:

Following the departure of Manchester United Manager David Moyes, a number of friends who came together through a Facebook group called the ‘Football Forum’, have collected enough money to fly a banner over Old Trafford reading ‘Thank You Moyes – Malta FF.’ This will be taking place prior to the home fixture against Norwich on Saturday afternoon at 18.30.

The inspiration came from a similar banner which flew over Old Trafford a few weeks ago which read “Wrong One – Moyes Out”.

The intentions are completely sarcastic as all those involved are fans of rival teams and have thoroughly enjoyed Moyes’ disastrous record-breaking stint at Manchester United.

Let's all hope Liverpool don't slip due to nerves on Sunday. Hopefully Mourinho is actually serious about the b-squad thing.

For me, this is far better than Calhanoglu's. Longer distance, after a dribble not a freekick, dropping from a better angle, and right in top corner of the goal.

Weidenfeller was prepared and not out of position and it is more difficult to shoot a dead ball from that distance and score. You need to shoot with more power than when a ball is in the air.

There's also that half-volley scored directly from a corner in the BL. I forgot who.

I'd give the Puskas to the Suarez goal, as I think it was the least lucky of those long shots.
