In my opinion, the ones who accepted the bribes should be treated the same as defecting soldiers. They betrayed their country and deserve to see jail time.

Żurrieq, Safi, Kirkop and Mqabba are all villages called ta' wara l-mina, the tunnel obviously being the one under the runway.
