Holy macaroni! If that isn't FFP circumvention I don’t know what is. Problem with these things is that it needs to be proved. And with money like this it's easy to leave some money aside for the person conducting the investigation, if you know what I mean...

I think the article mentioned that UEFA were going to review the deal so that it falls under FFP guidlines

But they will be innocent until proven guilty. If they are unable to successfully prove the cheating, there is nothing UEFA would be able to do.
