They've managed to register Ferran Torres

- How?

By extending Umtiti's contract

:-k

Apparently Umtiti has accepted a pay cut on his yearly wages, but he will get a few extra years on his contract. So they will basically spread his current salary and an extra over those years

Spanish Super Cup play offs (yes, what an absolute joke)

Real Madrid 3-2 Barcelona: This was an amazing match with plenty of goal chances for both teams. Barcelona probably deserved a little bit more and you can see signs of improvement, but they were unlucky in the end. Ferran Torres made his debut.

Atletico 1-2 Athletic: Atletico continue in free fall and can't defend set pieces

Real Madrid - Athletic Club will be the final.

It's being played mid season, in Saudi Arabia and with a play off format.

What a joke

It could only get worse if the referee for the final was that African guy who blew for FT in the 85th minute =D> :D

Sometimes I ask myself what happened to Spanish football over the last 15 years... Ever since Valencia CF literally vanished with the 2008 crisis and Villarreal and Deportivo couldn't follow the modern football standards, these things started to pop up.

Italians started first with the Super Cup matches in China 18-19 years ago, English clubs with the USA summer pre-season preparations and tours and after that everyone started to do this shit.

Spaniards can't watch their own clubs in their own country. :)

If Germany decides to do this Super Cup in Asia or what not, i am not watching it anymore, not even if Bayern participates.
