Pretty telling, this entire thread. Ultimately they're still European royalty so if we can help them move things forward by beating the shit out of them, that's fine by me.

Quite a lot of Barca fans have been calling for this defeat. There's something rotten going on at the very top of that club, I'm just glad we're helping to expose it more and more.

Barca have been on a downhill trend since Pep left. They wasted so much money and bought countless forwards while never investing in defence, and to top it all they change coaches all the time.

I have a lot of criticism for the people running our club but we are in paradise compared to Barca. It’s a lesson in mismanagement.

In all fairness, our coach appointment isn’t exactly something to write home about...

The big problem with them is, the people in charge of Barca really still thinks it's a coach problem when it's not.

They really still be thinking changing the coach will "make Barca great again"

Luis Enrique, Valdverde, Setien... meanwhile they got not one, not two, but three 100m bench warmers.

That’s exactly it, although the coach is also a problem.

Well, Valverde really wasn't a problem. He has a bad image as a bad coach, but it's unwarranted and he was ultimately scapegoated.

Well, they did win a treble in 2015. IMO Barca’s been going downhill since Neymar left, but I might be a bit biased to say this as I am Brazilian. Their attack seem to be lost without him and can’t make up to their defense. Iniesta as well leaving is responsible for all of this that’s happening.

Not that I feel bad for them though. Fuck them bitches, their fans deserve this loss. What totalbarca was posting on Twitter was straight up cancer.

They lost everything after Neymar, it was such an instant decline. They couldn't believe that someone can take them players as PSG did with that 222 million € release clsuse.

Dembélé, Coutinho and Griezmann were their preparation for cemetery. Semedo was also a bad buy, Messi is way too expensive with his salary, extending very expensively with Busquets some 2 years ago even though their fans and public weren't happy with him didn't help, either.

Their president should have been sacked for so many wrong actions against the club.

I guess the next step is to bring back Joan Laporta to once again as a savior and save the club from huge debts and result crisis.

Sarri (Napoli, Chelsea, Juve) might suit them with his attacking style.
