Basically the referee decided to keep Lazio (a team that you like) on the title race. Had it been Juventus, you would have called them all sort of things

Too bad that Lazio lost 3-0 to Milan just a couple of weeks later
Lazio 1 juventus 3000000000

Lazio do not have a big squad so it was only a matter of time

The funny thing was that this was the last game which I was waiting for to get my 120 euros, and these were the most stressful final minutes of any game which I remember in the last months. :D

Ocampos also scored the goal, and Navas cleared the ball from the goal-line - he assisted him for the goal, so they were the two heroes for Sevilla. :D

Real Madrid: ‘Translation error’ in Ifab laws saw Sergio Ramos escape penalty to beat Athletic Club [source]

An interesting case from last weekend’s game which a colleague brought up.

The English version says:
“Careless is when a player shows a lack of attention or consideration when making a challenge or acts without precaution.”

Whereas the Spanish more or less says:
“Careless is when a player shows a lack of attention or consideration or acts without precaution when making a challenge.”

In other words, according to the Spanish version, you can only be sanctioned for a careless action when making a challenge, whereas the English one doesn’t specify so.

Granada - R. Madrid 0:2 half-time.

Madrid are just one and a half step away from the 3rd league title in the last 10 years. They need win tonight and next weekend and that's it.

Aren't they world's best club ever? :D You may envy them, but that's how it is and they are doing it in Spanish championship where they won just 4 titles in the last 17 years and of that just 2 in the last 10 years. :D

Imagine, the most stupid decision that Barcelona could do this season was to sack Ernesto Valverde, the coach of back then occupying 1st place in La Liga and 2x straight winner of La Liga.    They would have won this one again if he were the coach all this year 2020. #-o

Consequences and result? 98% lost title this season because of that football style crap and what they only got so far is that Barcelona have started to play worse and have way worse results under Setién.

Real Madrid are being extremely lucky lately. It really seems that they will win every game regardless of how bad they play. Opponents miss clear chances, they get lucky with referee decisions or eventually score the lucky goal in tight matches

One thing I noticed yesterday is that they were thrashing Granada in the first half and managed a 2 goal lead, but then they fell apart in the second half and were lucky to escape with the 3 points.

It reminded me of our Pokal final vs Leverkusen. We were the better team for the majority of the game, but at some point during the second half we ran out of steam and Leverkusen almost managed to turn things around

It's probably not entirely about tactics, but the way the lock down has affected the players fitness

You precisely gave a description what it means to be a great club - winning matches and titles even when you are bad.

That's exactly what has been lacking to FC Bayern in the last 5-6 years in Europe.

LOL, Barca losing at home to 10 men Osasuna in a must win game. Real is doing what they can control winning vs Villareal to clinch the title; but Barca is a mess right now. We should have no problem in the CL (if they are able to go through vs Napoli, of course)
