Actually, NTs that do well recently are generally those that have a high number of players in 1 or 2 teams, so the ideal is for all the great Germans to play for Bayern, and X team (used to be Dortmund when they hay Reus, Hummels, Gündogan, Götze, but they are crap now). It's also optimal to select as few players outside the core team as possible ::coffee::America USA wrote:This might be an unpopular opinion but I would love to see more Germans playing in El Clasico. Right now you have only two (Kroos and Ter Stegen) I would like that figure to be around four. It would be good for Die Mannschaft to have players playing in two of Europe’s biggest clubs and in possibly the highest quality fixture(s) in the European football calendar.
And yet all of Argentina, Brazil (not even Copa America, as that was taken by Chile two times in a row) and belgium are a lot of smoke and haven't actually acchieved anything lately ::coffee::America USA wrote:It simply is not possible now though. Even in a perfect scenario Bayern has six starters maximum in the NT. the rest are all over the place. Brazil’s first eleven is everywhere, same goes for Argentina, France and Belgium. Even Spain are not simply Barca+Real now.
It is in the national teams best interest that there is one feeder club (Bayern) and another secondary club in the BL (Dortmund? Schalke?) and the rest of the guys play in the biggest clubs across the big four leagues (five if you count Ligue 1 as well)
