Sorry, RM destroyed us, him being on our side... Ever since he went there, they have been extremely poor, but thanks to our extraordinary former coach still managed to win a big ears... I have never really seem him dominate high profile games... Maybe except the last CL final where he was really decent...

We lost our best players bastian and kross. We could dominate european football for another 2 3 years with them and Heynckes. Such bad decision to bring another coach in such a great moment. Terrible mistake Iwill call it an inside job..

Atletico 7 up in Madrid we need to sort out our problems already if we still want to top the group.

Wishful thinking. Neither Bastian nor Martinez would of lasted 3 more seasons playing the way they did during the treble season.

Real Madrid has 4 consecutive draws with the almight Kroos starting for them and like Bayern, Real has been playing terrible football. Bastian was one of my favorite players, but you could tell that his days of being an elite CM were behind him as is lahm

Atletico are definitely the most in form team in Europe at the moment. They are just lethal on the attack and impenetrable at the back.

I share your pessimism but if we wake up and win all remaining games we'll top the group.

MSN is carrying this team since the beginning of Lucho's reign.

However, if they only spent more money on defenders rather than getting so many average players... Maybe Thiago Silva goes to Barcelona next summer after his contract expires, which would allow Mascherano to leave (which was his original plan with Alves). Unlike Real Madrid, that is stacked (2 players per position) from top to bottom, Barcelona definitely has their weaknesses

Mascherano extended till 2019 and they set a 100m release clause.
