The last goal that Ronaldo scored from a free kick was 8 months ago against... Atletico de Madrid #-o

It was a great a great free kick because he bothered to aim and control his shot. He had another free kick which hit the post again by shooting accurate and aiming for the second post instead of just blasting the ball. Don't know why he doesn't take free kicks like that all the time.

Real Madrid were losing 2-1 in Valladolid but Mesut Özil decided to change the game and he scored a nice goal and then a world class free kick goal =D>

Great to hear Ozil has regained his form, like they say "form is temporary and class is permanent" :P

If Real Madrid was a boat, all their life vests and lifeboats would be marked R.M.S. Oezil. :P

I am still not convinced that Messi is the best player ever but I am sure that he will be considered so once he retires.

However, Muller's achievement was bigger than Messi's, I think. Still, breaking the record after 38 years is no easy feat.
