There was once a case in Malta in which a player had a condition where his body creates something in excess which I don't remember what...
When tested, he tested positive.
And after a hard fought battle he eventually won his case.
There were other similar incidents here in Malta which were very unfortunate.
I sincerely hope that Onana manages to overcome this

One guy from Croatia told me yesterday that the medicine is used to remove excessive fluid from your body such as swelling.
I expect him to be suspended even after the appeal at CAS
