Unfortunately, most of the BL clubs are expecting Bayern to fail so they can sometime snatch up the plate or the Pokal. For example, when talking about possible Bayern interest on Bailey, one Leverkusen official said, "Bayern should develop their own talent instead of buying". Which I interpret as "Bayern should play their own U19 guys so they would fail in BL so we would have a chance at the plate". No words.

Actually mind your own words because our U19's are one of the best ever and if we had played them they might eventually grow to the extent that will flush you away easily.

I'm sorry, but I don't believe that Leipzig really has any long-term strategy that will result in them being a top team in Europe. For one, the club insists on starting young talents over (much) better older players even in crucial matches. This has cost them in the Bundesliga this year to the extent that CL qualification is in danger and will and has cost them in the CL.

Secondly, the team is completely built around Rangnick style high pressing and never really demonstrates any other tactic. This works decently in the Bundesliga(although they will ultimately be found out there, just like Schmidt's Leverkusen was, and maybe are already in that process), but it is not a successful tactic in international competitions.

Yep great action. Bit lucky with the goal though, not sure he actually intended to pass it between the keeper's feet.

In other news, Ramsey scored. Twice. Who's going to die?

Atletico are too good for the rest...

What will happen if the Cup is won by a team which will finish top 4 in the league?
