Cocos first match back in damn near a year and still more confident in possession than Goretzka. Glad to have him back, he was really coming into his own before that injury

Congratulation to Leipzig, that was great match from them. But we showed who is still boss in the Germany. Lewa, what a masterclass game, there was also many players who showed we still have a horse to run in CL. Some upgrade on the wing and we are back on track! Super Bayern super Bayern hey hey!!!

And we have won the Double after 3 years, finally!!! :) =D>

Congratulations to our team, coach, staff and fans!!! Thank you for a wonderful end of the season. Very stressful and painful but in end everything looks positive.
Now we can celebrate, show the middle finger to all German media and journalists who were worse than all parasites through the whole season towards our club, coach and players.

After this we can get some rest and the board should work their asses and sweat real hard to improve the squad for the next season.

And Niko Kovač is the 2nd man in Germany who won the Pokal with the same team both as a player and as a coach. The first one who won it was Thomas Schaaf with Werder Bremen in multiple occasions both as a player and as a coach.

He pretty much changed the way that Bayern played from that moment. I should give credit to Kovac here - the sub changed the feel of the pitch.

So pround of my boy. 8)

So, maybe seeing Goretzka as a regular may turn out to be a relatively short-lived nightmare after all?

Hopefully. Goretzka isn’t a bad player, he’s just not the type of player that we need next to Thiago. Coco has all the same positive attributes of Goretzka as a goal threat and ability to crash the box, but with the added bonus of greater passing range and confidence in possession.

Which is crazy because when he first came, he was exactly what Goretzka is, a luxury player. I remember his first couple months none of us could figure out how he would turn out.

He couldn’t dictate tempo or control a match to save his life but the goals were flowing like crazy. Then by the end of that season he paired with Thiago and James utterly shut down Reals midfield. Really came into his own.

Much of my judgment of Kovac will depend on who he'll choose to be Thiago's partner next season. If we don't sign a new midfielder, Tolisso is the only correct answer.

It's not like Goretzka doesn't belong on the pitch, but the only role he should take is as an upgraded Müller. Would be perfectly happy for him to be a support forward or a right midfielder when required depending on the opponent.

Congrats.

It became our tradition since 2002/2003 which was broken in 2014/2015 against you in the semi-final. We won it next season again, then Ancelotti failed to win it(nothing weird for him) and last season the Mr. Pokal expert Niko Kovač really upset us all, took it away to Heynckes and now he is the one who brought it back to München.

I like when we win everything, it's a great season when you take everything in your country.

One trophy means so little to Bayern, that's why winning Double means a lot.
