This is the most congested season ever in terms of fixtures so if we sacrifice the DFB Pokal it would mean lesser gamers during March/April/May.
EDIT:
I know it's against Hans Dieter-Flick's principles but winning the BL is a bare minimum for Bayern and I would prefer a UCL win 100 times over another German Cup which Bayern have won record times anyway. Winning the treble again with this congested schedule and piling injuries/fatigue/(false) COVID positives is probably unrealistic.
Exactly, and only two in the later stages of the season... So the April/May argument doesn’t hold...MUTU wrote:America USA wrote:QUESTION: Should Bayern throw away this competition to focus on the BL/UCL instead?

Between purposely losing the next Pokal match and winning the competition there are just 3 matches.
Plus, it's not like playing a few BuLi games with the B teams is going to make any difference in us winning or not.MUTU wrote:America USA wrote:QUESTION: Should Bayern throw away this competition to focus on the BL/UCL instead?
