do you guys think that we will line up with our best XI or we will see more from those who played in the friendlies?
On one hand Carlo might want our first team players to get more minutes before the start while on the other hand he might opt to rest them.

There is no reason to not start with the best squad. It's early season and this is a competitive game. Any official minute on the field for our top players will be needed at this moment to have a good start on all fronts.

Although on paper it is an easy game, it is a very important one and we can also treat it as an extra game before the Bundesliga starts since most of our players had a short pre-season. Mostly full team with one or two changes from Sunday. I would rest Vidal just in case and maybe start Coman.

This is what I had thought. It makes no sense to play them together cause they have mostly the same role on the team (distribution, although Thiago comes with added dribbling and Xabi distributes better at distance).
