Play a B team. Even a B team should have enough talent to win against a 3 Liga team. Rotating the squad is key to the treble hunt when the crucial month of April comes around.

By B team I didn't mean Bayern II. I meant fringe players like Bernat, Rafinha and the likes. Cup games against lower level teams should be an ideal opportunity for resting star players like Robben and Lewandowski in between the long season.

3. Liga is not a joke... And the first game is always a good opportunity to get some coordination and understanding for teammates - competitive matches are not friendlies...
We don't need to play a CL-K.O. squad... But fielding 6 or 7 players that won't start against Neverkusen is not a good idea either...
