cause I thought that the linesman did not signaled it. Sometimes the refs decide themselves!

I think we had an unlucky chain of events going against us yesterday and that's why Frankfurt managed to put us under pressure

First you could see how some players were exhausted in the second half. It kind of reminded me of the game against Wolfsburg in December

Then Frankfurt brought in two fresh players, and almost at the same time Flick brought in Lucas and Thiago who were clearly lacking match fitness after their injuries. So that didn't help. It didn't help either that by bringing both in, pretty much everyone had to readjust their position.

And right after that they scored the equalizer leaving us with a very exhausted team with no attacking options on the bench, with Perisic and Coman already subbed out and facing a team with all the momentum on their side.

It was a recipe for disaster

Luckily our players managed to turn the situation around, but for some reason I thought we were heading into the penalty shoot out at best

So overall I think that Flick underestimated Eintracht a little bit because those subs are something you do when you are 2 or 3 goals up in a semifinal game. Not with just 1-0 and no reliable attacking options on the bench at all.

Can't complain though. He's the best thing that has happened to Bayern in a very long time

Then again, I‘m always consistent: as much as I think if we waste chances or concede easily, we deserve to lose - it‘s a sign of quality to score at the right time - and the 2-1 was at JUST the right time yesterday...!
